As new AI-driven riches pour in and the vaunted multigenerational wealth transfer gets underway, how will the world of luxury residential real estate and design welcome this influx of HNW and UHNW consumer interest?
Back for the third year, the annual Luxury Real Estate and Design Summit Oct. 14 in New York – a joint production of Luxury Roundtable and Luxury Marketer – will focus on how affluent and wealth buyers and sellers are shaping the global, national and local high-end property markets. The daylong event, hosted in conjunction with world No. 1 wealth manager UBS, and luxury brokerages Brown Harris Stevens and FirstTeam, will showcase expert knowledge and serious networking to help delegates and speakers understand what’s now, new and next in luxury real estate and design.
“In this era of unprecedented wealth generation, luxury real estate continues to be among the top repositories of investment along with stocks and art,” said Mickey ALAM KHAN, CEO of Luxury Roundtable and Luxury Marketer.
“However, inventory of available high-end properties is still tight and the scrabble for listings ever so frantic,” he said. “How does a luxury professional stand out in this market, what are the tools, know-how and expertise they need, how is HNW and UHNW buyer and seller behavior evolving, and what sort of connections will propel them to their next client? These are some of the questions that this summit will address.”
As in the past, the event is expected to attract 125 to 150 top luxury professionals in luxury real estate, including brokers, agents, developers, marketers, designers, architects, wealth managers, prop-tech specialists and market analysts.
Speakers include senior executives from McKinsey & Company, Phillips, UBS, Ares Management, Brown Harris Stevens, FirstTeam, Forbes Travel Guide, Pininfarina, Pembrooke & Ives, FXCollaborative, Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, The Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker, StreetMatrix, Compass, Samantha Sax, Matter of Form, Vesta, Andrew Sidford Architects, NS Builders, Global Real Estate Ventures Group, NuVerse Advisors and Odyssey Retail Advisors.
Seasoned professionals from summit partners Canva, Purlin, Cloze, Smartify and Local Logic will offer invaluable marketing and AI tips as luxury real estate and design adapts to the needs of a market where attention is short, wooing times long and expectations high. Won’t you join us?
