Luxury Roundtable is pleased to announce the launch of the Luxury Marketing Summit, the premier event for executives responsible for shaping branding, marketing, sales and positioning strategy for customer acquisition, retention and reactivation.

The event’s theme of “Win Back!” acknowledges a truth highlighted by many: that loyalty cannot be taken for granted, and is earned each action at a time. That is something that our partners in this event recognize – the Gramercy Wealth Management Group at UBS (world’s No. 1 wealth manager) and Howard Hanna Real Estate Services (America’s largest privately owned real estate company).

We’re so fortunate that we have some of the top luxury marketers joining us to discuss pressing issues such as the state of global luxury brands, the role of craft and culture in an age defined by speed, automation and algorithmic influence, and what retailers need to do to win – one relationship at a time.

Another key issue that will gain centerstage is how to ensure client loyalty across aspirational, wealthy and generational customer segments. This will be followed by sessions on building communities that empower, making experiences count with their HNW and UHNW as trust issues bubble up, and how luxury brands can drive growth in a challenging market. We close with a serious question: are luxury brands and consumers in sync?

Throughout the day, we have individual fireside chats with marketing leaders at luxury brands such as Raffles and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Aston Martin Lagonda, Hilton Luxury, Joseph Ribkoff and Mikimoto. We hope to glean valuable insights into their marketing strategy for customer acquisition, retention and reactivation.
